Where do you ship to?
We ship throughout the U.S. and also internationally. For orders within the U.S., shipping is free for purchases over $50 and items are shipped within 2-5 business days. International shipping times depend on the region: it's usually 7-18 business days for the UK, Australia, Canada, and Europe, and 14-20 business days for other countries. If you're ordering internationally, please note that duties and taxes aren't included and will need to be paid upon delivery.
What shipping options do you offer?
For U.S. orders, you can choose between Standard (2-5 days) and Express shipping (1-2 days). For international orders, we only offer Standard shipping. Timing of delivery will depend on the country of destination.
What is the return policy?
Our store offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund, no questions asked. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email about the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, we'll process the refund back to your original payment method. Exchanges are available only if the item is defective or damaged. No other exceptions apply.
